DWCU Proclaims New Professionals

Congratulations To Our

College Graduates!

Fr. Elmer Flores, SVD with Dean Leonida Javillo and Fr. President

Urdaneta City. The Sibol Class Batch 2010 celebrated today their Baccalaureate Mass and Commencement Exercises held at the St. Michael’s Gymnasium with Rev. Fr. Elmer N. Flores, SVD as the main presider and homilist. Fr. Flores at the same time offered his Thanksgiving Mass with the DWCU academic community to whom he started with his first formation years. The theme: “The seed buried in the dark and silent earth…finally brings forth shoots” meaningfully describes the identity and mission of the Sibol Class 2010 as they embark to a new journey crossing over a milestone in life.

Mrs. Leonida D. Javillo the Dean of the College Department with the full support of the College Faculty, the administrators, the non-academic staff of all the departments successfully managed the meaningful celebration of the commencement exercises for the Sibol Class. The professors, faculty members, non-academic staff and administrators were all in their formal academic gowns that highlighted the dignity, honor and pride of this academic community. The seminarians of the Divine Word Formation Center headed by Fr. Servasius Tethun, SVD the Campus Minister of the DWCU provided the Choir and the eucharistic servers insured the solemnity and sacredness of the event.
